With all this talk of Botulism, I have a few questions: If there is "B" in your creation, will it impart a different taste? What are the symptoms of "B"? I just tasted some Hungarian Hots I have in a crock full of olive oil and vinegar, (30% V, 70% oil) and they taste fine. You can really tell the vinegar is in there, but the flavor of the peppers in fantastic with the garlic and oregano. Mike D & M Farms
