After getting the feedback, and knowning that a few won't be able to
make it otherwise, the event is STILL ON.  

This event is WAY more than just me- you guys need to set your sights a
little higher if THAT was your expectation ;-)  I didn't spend 5 minutes
with any one person last year anyway & there were several I didn't meet
at all!  Bottom line is, I really don't think I need to be there for
this thing to still come off well so; have fun, play nice, mind CaJohn &
Cameron, make sure Rael doesn't get locked up, give my regrets to those
who don't know anything about why I'm not there, take pictures, raise a
glass to Mr. Flynn, & I'll read all about it later :-)

Headed to lurk mode for a couple of weeks.  Thanks again all.
