Back in the early summer, after one of my jalapeno seedlings fell victim to the neighborhood cat/squirrel (not sure which), I replaced it with a tabasco plant from the local nursery. Now I have whole bunch of tabascos with no idea what to do with them. Can I can them with some salt and vinegar and maybe end up with some pepper sauce like on the tables at Steak & Shake? Anybody have other ideas for these peppers? Thanks, Brad
