All four of the southern provinces of India (namely Andhra Pradesh,
Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamilnadu) are famous for hotter food than the rest
of India.  And the province of India which is famous (within India,
including within southern India, to Indians) as having the hottest food of
them all is Andhra Pradesh.

Goa is not a contender.  Central and Southern Kerala are not contenders.
As far as I personally know, northern Kerala and parts of Tamilnadu should
be contenders for the title, but anyway Andhra Pradesh is the one with the
ultra hot reputation.  Having no personal experience with or in Andhra, I
have no idea which if any regions within the province might be considered
to have hotter food than elsewhere within the province.
