Which I guess means I have some sort of administrative

I assume that you can all navigate to the Waverly Inn parking lot. If
you are travelling South on Rt37 be careful not to blow past the Inn.
It is on lower ground to the right and quite easily missed.
(Don't use the Campbell's phone number unless you have been
instructed by them to do so.)

The main problem will be for people who have not been before to
actually find where the fields are. If you are in that category, or
if you are taking a cell phone, or if you are taking a family radio,
please email me off list with "Planning for Open Fields" somewhere in
the Subject header. I will reply early next week.
