I will send them an e-mail with your question anyway and we'll see what comes back. When being in Jaipur, most of my meals are normally at homes with families - never had a really spicy meal there. Tamil Nadu and Kerela are the states where I have had the hottest food in India, as well as some small places in Bombay. I'll let you know as soon as I have an answer back. Till then, Eruna
