I think the best way to send chiles in the mail is to ship them directly to my address. Seriously, I would avoid the sealed baggie due to moisture build-up. Sending them green probably wouldn't hurt either. Course, I'm just guessin' cuz I've never mailed chiles ... but I have left them in a sealed baggie for too long and tain't pretty.
