On topic note to self: Wear gloves next time I wring hab
mash through cheese-cloth.
Yeah, I know it was dumb, but I just finished canning a
batch of my sauce and didn't want any to go to waste and
the kitchen was a mess already and I didn't have any
gloves and I washed my hands real-real-real good.
Now, 20 hrs later, I still feel the burn.
Scott... in all fairness, the achy finger joints don't hurt... KCK
