Well, my boss has pushed me into the corner. On thursday evening next week I have to present a typical Chili to all the employees of our company. That's what I get from posing chile/hot things at our lunches... ;) I need a typical recipe for "texas" chili to serve about 25 people. I will modify it to be moderately hot, and present a great number of commercial hot sauces from my fridge to accompany that. Beans would be a good option, otherwise it will be served with bread and some creative mixed salad... and of course beer. Would you please mail me your favourite and typical "chili con carne" recipes as soon as possible.
