okay re: last post mushy is not what I meant... soft is the word. mushy I toss or didn't pick. fillet isn't quite the correct word sorta maybe. after I remove the white seed core, I place one end of the scissors in and cut down one side and shake/flick off the seeds.. do I care if I have seeds in ground peppers?? I just want to make a decent home product for myself and if enough for Will a youth leader Chile head guy who oh so appreciates the heat. gave him a load of various chilies last night and I thought he was going giddy for joy!!! Also sent over CaJohns peanut heat dirty product....... appreciation for the heat/peanut butter will be more his thing.... will report for sure. --leslie & Bert
