Anyone got a great recipe for Chicken Dhansak? It's my favourite Indian restaurant dish and I've tried a few recipes I've found in books and on the net, but it's never quite right. I find that the creamy texture of the lentils and the complex Sweet/sout/hot flavour really floats my boat. C'mon guys! BTW, thanks for the responses to my plea for Idiot's guide info...
