Yes

Not any chemical sprays.

But a forceful spray of plain water used to dislodge the aphids will not
hurt most of the ladybugs too much -- on the other hand, I'm not sure it
hurts most of the aphids too much, either, though it definitely slows them
down and that's really your main objective.
