I finally got around to watching the "Chile's Angles" episode of Good Eats tonight that was recorded 2 weeks ago - very cool! I love Alton Brown's humor and the way he mingles food science with cooking tips. If you have never seen this show, I highly recommend it. While there wasn't too much info that CH's don't already know, this episode is definitely worth watching. I did learn that the Yucatec word 'huuyub' means "to draw breath with puckered mouth after eating chiles"! Somehow I expect Rael to share new uses for this word with us all ;-) This episode will be repeated on Thur 10/18 at 9:30pm CDT, Fri 10/19 at 12:30am CDT, Sat 10/20 at 5:30pm CDT, and Sun 10/21 at 5:30pm CDT on FoodTV. Try to catch it if you can! -- Buffalo Sue "Mild is a four-letter word..."
