What to do with the WASTE? Peel and Seeds left after straining a hot sauce?
I recomend that you dry it and grind it into MAGIC DUST. This powder will
flavor most anything and is easier to carry than the liquid. Waste Not Want

The Habanero wine was raisin wine with about 20 ripe Habaneros (or other
variety) ground up with the raisins.
