Best thing I think I've used so far is Jean Andrews' (Author of "Peppers, The Domesticated Capsicums".) bleach solution. "One part common bleach to five parts water". Dip the hands in, then rinse. I recall trying this once a while back, and getting the best immediate relief of anything else I had previously used.
