Don't answer that!!! LOL! I *think* I am back connected to this list. - I Hope!! While fighting to make my way back, I seem to remember someone mentioning dropping habaneros in honey. Could some kind soul either aim me to the proper archive number or simply explain the procedure to this ditzy blond ? I have a few ripe Orange habs and the honey thing sounded perfect to slowly introduce this nubile CH to habs. (The DH is a bit new at this too)Then a teaspoon or so here and there in salad dressing or basting sauce or........ I also have a rather exuberant crop of Tabasco's. Already stuffed some in a bottle with vinegar and have some "zippy" vinegar. But what else can I do with them?? The Jals have been disappearing rapidly as a snack with the peanut butter. Both of us love that combo. Did notice some of the late Jals were getting a might bit "warmer' then early in the summer. We are just about all done for the year. Next spring is all too far away. Really looking forward to growing all different types of chilies from mild to wild now that I figured out how to keep the birds (peafowl) out of them!!! Carol A.
