Then you can take out just what you need.<< I do the same as Nels does with one addition: I spray the frozen chiles on the cookie sheet with distilled water. Usually a couple of coats on both sides. This keeps them fresher. I learned to ice coat my walleye fillets years ago & now do it for just about everything that I freeze.
