G'day All,

I wanted to make up some cookies like the good old gingernuts for those that
know/remember them. Hard as rock, flat discs with plenty of ginger zing. Perfect
for dunking in a hot cuppa!......But I have not a clue how to make them and I
wanted to experiment with adding chile in as well so I thought I had better
present my request before the oracles!

If you can assist me, that would be just peachy!
