When I worked for a catering company, I was once given the task of
processing about five pounds of horseradish root in the Cuisinart. The way
my anatomy is structured, my arms are not long enough to open the Cuisinart
at a safe distance from my face, and as a result, I found myself having to
spend about equal amounts of time pulverizing horseradish and standing in
the walk-in cooling off. I would not recommend this experience.
But I still like to eat horseradish.
