I have made a rub for turkey with chipotles that turned out great. Enough for a small turkey: In a blender or food processor mix 1 cup olive oil or melted butter 1 medium onion 4-5 cloves garlic 1 can chipotles in adobo sauce Dash of oregano salt and pepper to taste Blend to a creamy consistency and then rub over entire bird, working under the skin where possible. Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight and roast as normal. Very tasty! Just think the cayenne tends to "round out" the other flavors. And, again as HF sez, most non-CHs really like this stuff if used in moderation. Riley
