What I did was go to Sears and get an electric coffee grinder. I have three now. One for chiles, one for spices, and one for coffee (of course). Oh, and while we now crossed the subject of coffee grinders and chiles, I made another discovery. I believe someone else said coffee with chiles (although by accident) was good....I made the same discovery. I was grinding some kona. I used the wrong lid for my grinder and a few flakes of cayenne got in my ground kona. But, I didn't know that until I drank the coffee. I must say, it was rather intriguing. Since there wasn't much in the grounds, there was a subtle, but unmistakeable, hint of chile in my coffee...and it was quite good!
