[CH] Balada & Indian PC1 Cultivation

I recently purchased some seeds from reimerseeds.com (I purchased the Indian
PC 1 seeds) and they gave me some other sample seed pack called the Balada
Hot Pepper, I have tried to find more info on the Balada but no luck, other
than one reference to it as an Asian hot pepper and that was at Reimerseeds.

Anyone have any info on how hot the Balada is?

Also how hard would it be for me to grow the Indian PC 1 peppers indoors
this winter, and what kind of equipment would I require?  And what flavour
does the PC1 peppers have? and the Balada?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
