Risa, That's cheatin'!!! I always have a supply of oil that i've steeped in chiles! Right now it's a large container of grapeseed oil that I found at Big Lots and spiced with about a dozen Habs. When you fry potato chips/french frys/etc. in it you don't need no stinkin' powder.
