Hi Rob, Boy, your an early bird! Just checked USDA Plant Hardiness Map for KY and it's zone 5 to zone 6. I'm zone 6a in MA & I'll be starting long season peppers in Feb.! Hope you've got some kind of lighting system to keep seedlings green. To answer your question, I used Miracle-Gro Potting Mix this spring & was very pleased with results. Ain't cheap but all I did was water peppers when needed & had great plants/peppers all season. Everybody who saw them me on what a great gardener I was. Hope this helps, Paul (The NorthEast ChileMan) PS Bought mine at Home Depot. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert Pace" <chronos@eastky.net> Sent: Monday, 26 November, 2001 10:25 PM Subject: [CH] Potting Mix > Are they any particular potting mix which works better for hot peppers?
