    Hmmm. You have me curious. Dare I ask about TM? 

    Just back from Texas. While there, went to several locally owned Mex establishments. Asked for
    a bowl of the spiciest sauce they had. Juan, the waiter's name, told me that for a custom
    created bowl, the charge would be $2.50. 

    How often do I go to Texas?  

    I said, "Mix it up".  

    He did.  

    T'was red, not green.  

    Seeds very visible in the base sauce. I am not bald for nothing, but this was a let down. But
    I hear, and you folks can confirm, native Mexican is not that spicy. This custom sauce was
    mild but good.  

    Nothing like a pepper story.
