Anybody have a better idea? > > - mary Well, it's not chile, but we've been using "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter" spray margarine and like it very much. Good to cook with too. Label says 0 grams fat. I don't believe it. I think they're allowed to round to the nearest gram, so if the suggested serving size, 1 spray, is less than .5 gms, they can call it 0. We use a lot, and I've been known to use 15 sprays on toast. Nevertheless, at that level it's about 5-7 gms of soybean oil. Less than butter and very tasty. You also might try Splenda (sucralose), a very good sugar substitute that doesn't have some of the side effects attributed to aspartame. hth, Riley
