Here in northern Ohio, we respect the folks in Sheboygan, but we have good
bratwurst, too. If you happen into the Bucyrus area the 3rd weekend in
August, stop by the Bratwurst Festival. I personally hunt up the Bratworks,
Inc booth and have their Jalapeno brat with hot pepper butter. Sometimes
the right kind of smile will get them to set out the Habanero butter. Yum!
