well, you see, with my culinary background, plus my becoming (okay, 
in a couple years) a licensed dietitian as well as a certified 
massage therapist (yeah, that's another year tacked on...long term 
view here), i figure i may just become a permanent employee/resident 
at a spa of this caliber...

maybe that'll be my goal for retirement....hmmm....
