I found some jamaican hot peppers today. That's all I know about them, that label. They were so orangey red, glossy and gorgeous I bought about 1/2 lb. I am not sure what to do with them. I just sampled one, flesh only, no seeds-- actually rather mild. Maybe the seeds/ribs are hot. Has a little bit pimento taste.. Any ideas for an easy way to use them? Do they make good salsa? raw or roasted? Would they be good in a cream soup? Tee
