This izz way OT, but I need some help/direction...  With all you
cooks/chefs, thought someone could help/direct me/assist.  My searchs on The
'Net aren't gathering too much (I'm just horrible at searches!!!)...

Also, there's a very wide and diverse group o'ethnicities here...  Please
search your roots (tubers?  Didn't mean that as a joke...)/ask the fam if
they know of such a beast...

I need a recipe for a potatoe or sweet potatoe cake.  A cake such as a
burfday or (ah-hem... clearing throat...) wedding cake.  You know?  A
dessert cake.  Snot a fried thingy that comes to mind when one hears
"potatoe cake."  But a baked, rising, thing-you-put-icing-on kind'a cake...

Izz there such an anjamul???
