I did it, too. Worked in an Italian restaurant and a Greek restaurant as a cook. I was young, it was fun then, but - no! - never again. The only thing that made it bearable was smuggling in Everclear (grain alcohol) w/ my buddies, who also worked there, and mixing it with sprite! Just looked like we were drinking pop, and the owner never knew - until I spilled a five-gallon vat of tomato sauce all over the walk-in cooler...
