Okay, it's official: there are enough chileheads on the list with 
experience in high volume cookery as well as the many (probably all) 
of us who are just good well-rounded "home" cooks...

And we'd all like the island commune for chileheads to become a reality...

So you lawyers and doctor chileheads? get crackin! Make that money, 
buy that island - somewhere with year round growing temps, mind you - 
and we'll do the rest.  You'll get to eat and live there for free, 
naturally <g>
