I bought a bottle of PURGATORY Brand Garlic-A-Holic
pepper sauce at the farmer's in  Sarasota, Fl.  It is
made by Hot Damn in Sarasota.  It has scotch bonnets,
cayenne, and Thai peppers and a lot of fresh chopped
garlic.  The owner of Siam Experience, a Tahi art
dealer, turned me on to the sauce.  She had a gallery
open house and served the sauce with her famous spring
rolls and fish cakes.  She had called it a Thai sambal
and when I asked if she would mind giving me her
receipe, she showed me her bottle of Garlic-A-Holic.
