I do this thing with broccoli florets you folks might enjoy - Steam 'em to almost done, toss 'em over in a frying pan. in that frying pan, have about two tablespoons of chile oil (your favorite variety is fine) a couple-three cloves of garlic, crushed, a little salt and pepper, and about three tablespoons of lemon juice. add some rosemary or basil, more chile flakes for pretty, and toss to coat. Dump into a bowl, and serve yourself before it leaves the kitchen, there won't BE leftovers.
