Season's Greetings To All!

My brother and his family are here.  I have prepared some delightful Middle
Eastern snacks for tomorrow.  A couple of weeks ago in Dallas, I bought
some "instant tabouli" in an Arab market.  Directions are on the package,
but I added some diced green onion, minced garlic, freshly ground black
pepper and a small amount of chopped fresh parsley and oregano.  The
seasoning in the package was definitely designed by Arabs!  Instant Arab
Food!  Will wonders never cease?

I also fixed some Hommous.  Delicious!  Bon Appetit!  Regards, Roberto
