Paul, We planted "Jalapeno M" this year, and it was very hot. I smoked some of them into chipotle after they turned red, and they were very good (hot). I dunno, maybe it was the year, it was kind of dry, but these were under plastic mulch and drip irrigation. Both red and green were so hot I could not eat a whole pepper. When the chipotle is half done, (still a little moist)I like taking them and putting it on a cracker with a piece of sharp chedder, Yum! > > Mike Shimek > > D & M Farms
