"SalsAquilibrium" ?
An argument could be made for "SalSaturation" ...
Time to plan a booth for a HotLuck, or Da Fields '02: "Research into
determining transition point from Salsa Equilibrium to SalSaturation."
Any willing test subjects ("duh"!) ???
