Yesterday I happened to catch some frozen 13 - 15 ct (big boys) shrimp for $7.99/lb. I peeled and butterflied/deveined them, poached them _very_ lightly, and put them into a batch or alfredo sauce on radiatore-shaped pasta. Had to keep it mild for the kids, but for my own serving it was a good time for smoked hab powder. Glad to see the kimchi thread again, it's one of our good ones.
