I'm not sure if you like the "H" word, Rael, but here in Alberta, Canada, I have had great luck with "Super Chile Hybrid". It is compact, fruits throughout the summer (starting early), and is very prolific (I got around 70 chilies from a plant about 1ft across/ 1ft high). This means that even a brown-thumb like myself is virtually garunteed something to harvest! I've also noticed that they fair quite well if you forget to water - still smiling at you while larger-leaf varieties (like Anaheim) are drooping! The taste is not quite as perfect as that of a serrano, but definitely does the trick for me. Good luck.
