Hi, Out of the dark... As I'm a big Rocoto fan sins I got a few seeds from Cameron a few years ago I grow them each year from seed. I have never had any problem in germination even when at temperature below 20degC. I only have them in pots, three or four plants each... lots of hot fruit each year. These are the real one's for me! I thing the climate in Holland is very nice for Rocoto, not to wet not to dry and not to warm. Hot regards Rob NL -----Original Message----- From: Love2Troll [mailto:Love2Troll@kc.rr.com] Sent: Thursday, January 31, 2002 12:43 AM To: chile-heads Subject: [CH] Rocoto Do Rocoto seeds require any special germination techniques? Is 85 degrees Fahrenheit OK or do they need a cooler temp? Soak seed? Should I expect any fruit the first season? TIA JohnT
