SandyO, you are soooo right about the home made stuffed olives - I like them better than any of the three or four commerical brands I have tried. Pain in the ... to stuff, but worth it in the eating. I never let mine sit as long as they are supposed to - just can't wait to get to them. Has anyone tried a drop or two of pepper extract in these to really heat them up? I'm afraid to try - might ruin the few that I have left. Fred the habaneronut
