Some time ago, someone posted that they put a large baggie over their coffee
grinder while grinding their peppers. Let it set for a few minutes after
grinding, then turn the whole thing over and the powder falls into the
baggie.
I generally use my little coffee grinder, about $10 at Costco, and haven't
had any problems with dust. Maybe it's because I like the smell of freshly
ground peppers.
