Hi All -- I've got a couple of items today -- First off, my wife and I are now the proud parents of some new chile seedlings! We put seeds in for 60 plants on Saturday night (3 each of 20 different types) and noticed yesterday that the "Italian round red" seeds and manzano seeds had sprouted. So now only 18 more types to go.... Secondly, I went to a dinner party last night and brought the poppers suggested by list member Rodney (sorry, don't know last name). These things were a HUGE hit -- loved by all. Plus, they were super simple to make -- fill chile halves with cream cheese, sprinkle with Jim's magic dust, wrap in bacon, and bake. Outstanding! Thanks again, Rodney. Finally, I sent some manzano seeds to a couple of list members a couple of weeks ago, then I promptly deleted their e-mails. So, I have no record of who I sent the seeds to -- did you get them? Have you planted them yet? They are from the same batch that I am currently growing, so hopefully they will work out for you. Hot regards, Matt ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ T.
