I give a new bottle a few drops of Pure Cap and then enjoy my Gunslinger! It's a great tasting sauce with not enough kick.... just needs a little help. I'll second the Gunslinger... Unfortunately it is a little hard to find without paying "boutique" prices at our local (only one within many, many miles) hot shop, in the trendy-downtown-antique-coffee house shopping area. I am still sitting on (not literally you knuckle draggers.... ok, fellow knuckle draggers) a bottle of "You Can't Handle This Hot Sauce", that a friend gave me about two years ago. I thought it had pretty decent flavor for an extract sauce, but it's name is far too correct in my decidedly moderate case. Perhaps a bit of this would bring Gunslinger up to a more interesting level; or any of the "a little too bland" sauces I have laying around. I'm inspired now. Thanks again guys... and gals. -- Erich C-H # 2099 Silver Glen American Shorthairs www.worzellaphoto.com/pets/index.htm
