Hi all I am a CH from New Zealand. I've been on the list for a little while now, but thought it was time to say 'Hi'. I have some Cayenne and Thom Chong plants growing at the moment (the pods are still green - come on redden!), and have some Rocoto seeds in, but it might be a little late in the season for those (the seeds were given to me recently and I just had to plant them anyway!). Althought I consider myself a CH I haven't actually tried the venerable Hab in any form, so have had to settle for the Bird's Eye. I make my own hot sauce using them (same recipe as Tabasco sauce), which I love, so that ought to qaulify me... I salivate every time I read the list, with all the awesome recipes kicking about!
