I tried to post a few days ago, but I think I may have gotten lost somewhere! It went something like this: I am in awe when I read of the magnificent plants out there.... 2 6ft habanero plants in the backyard, chili-tepins as big as trees... I can only imagine (mouth watering) the yeilds from plants as tall as me! ... I am trying this over-wintering thing with my biggest golden habanero - which is not quite 1.5'... I think I will try potting up from a 5 gal to perhaps a 20 gal pot this summer. Any "Northerners" (I am in Alberta, Canada) with experience here? I will overwinter a few plant each year if it it worth it! Anyone who can suggest certain varieties that are pre-disposed to growing large? (Is my fascination with size indicitive of something more ominous than mere chile plants?) I dunno... but I'd love to hear any ideas here... I think I also mused as to whether anyone's chile-page was collecting these chili-vernaculars - for easy reference!? (*still wondering how to introduce this "chilerotica" idea to the girl...*)(*remembering the last ...."accidental application"...*) Keegan _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx
