I think that the "Pasta from Hell" recipe was originally published in the first Schlesinger and Willoughby cookbook -- The Thrill of the Grill. A recipe for "K.C.'s Killer Grilled Jamaican Party Beef from Hell" was subsequently published in Big Flavors of the Hot Sun in the chapter "Eat the Heat: Dishes for Thrillseekers".
