Actually the markets around here (in S. Calif) do carry a number of different tortillas with chiles and other assorted condiments in them. None very hot, though. Next time we make tortillas we'll give it a try--throw some of Jim's hab powder in, or smoked Savina. Ja! Hmmm, or Sopes! Thick corn tortillas grilled with assorted toppings and fillings. Yes! The market down the street has a tortilleria that sells fresh made masa for tortillas by the pound. Makes things easy. On another note our crop of aji amarillos ran out a few weeks ago. We had fresh ajis since late last summer. Great chile! So nothing but store bought until a new crop appears. :( Hot regards, Riley
