I Must agree smoking "Pork Chops" is the best way to go. I Myself use a "Traeger wood pellet grill/smoker". It uses organic wood pellets fed in by an auger at multi speeds so it can smoke,grill or convection style oven cook! All I do is put "Chips rubs and dusts (RED LION)" on the chops then smoke them for 4 Hrs then High temp roast for 20 min. They come out nice and crispy on the out side soft and juicy inside and Ohhhhhh Soooo Tasty!!! CHeers to Great eating ,Doug B. from Pa!!!
