As it turned out, I cooked chops last night, too.  I got a big pack at a 
good price, and cooked them in three stages.  The first was done with just 
an ordinary seasoned-salt mix, for the kids.  Then a second round with an 
emphasis on oregano and garlic, for Linda.  Finally, a round with Chip's dry 
rub ... that was the round for me.

Leftovers to be chopped into a batch of beans, probably...
